David Gilmour: Live at Pompeii Similar TV Shows

Coldplay Live 2012 is the band's first concert film/live album for nine years. It documents their acclaimed Mylo Xyloto world tour, which was seen by more than three million people since it began in June 2011. The film was directed by Paul Dugdale, previously responsible for Adele's Live at the Royal Albert Hall and The Prodigy's Worlds On Fire concert films. Coldplay Live 2012 includes footage from Coldplay's shows at Paris's Stade de France, Montreal's Bell Centre and the band's triumphant Pyramid Stage headline performance at Glastonbury 2011.

In the Summer of 1971 the Glastonbury legend was born when the organisers decided to try and create a festival that would be a forerunner for an 'alternative and utopian society'. The festival encompassed Midsummer's Day, and in true medieval tradition, the area of Worthy Farm, Pilton was given over to music, dance, poetry, theatre, spontaneous entertainment and nudity.

In May 2012, Judas Priest wrapped up their epic \Epitaph\ world tour with a storming set at London's Hammersmith Apollo. The band, having announced that this would be their final large-scale world tour, celebrated their last and possibly final show with an incredible career-spanning set list that brought down the house. In addition to performing all their classics \Breaking The Law,\ \Living After Midnight\ and \You ve Got Another Thing Comin'\ the Priest dug deep into their catalog, performing at least one song from each of their albums, which rounded off their 23-song set list.

The concert was filmed on 7 May 2016, during a hugely successful European tour. Zimmer was accompanied by a band, orchestra and choir – 72 musicians in total – including guitarist Johnny Marr. The staging included a ground breaking light show, stunning visuals and a state of the art sound system. Zimmer himself performs on multiple instruments and gives introductory insights to many of the pieces during the concert.
