Parker's style is often regarded as darkly comedic psychological thrillers with elements of magical realism and horror. Forty Winks was filmed in Black & White with Atrabilious filmed in a drenched neon color palette. He was the cinematographer and editor for Atrabilious and the Production Designer, Colorist and Casting Director for both films.
