Loter also directed the Happy Monster Band, Buzz Lightyear of Star Command, and Disney's Tarzan series, as well as episodes of The Ren and Stimpy Show , Duckman, Stressed Eric and Kevin Smith's Clerks The Animated Series.He's recently been credited as a director for The Penguins of Madagascar.
