Ricky Rapper and Nelli Nuudelipää leave the island, where Elvi Rapper operates the resort's wife. There will also Risto for Nelli and slightly older Wendy father Uolevi Horsma Niemi. The whole family musical comedy Ricky Rapper and Cool Wendy tells of friendship, loneliness and accepting differences.

The film tells the story of Ansa, a supermarket shelf-stocker on a zero-hour contract, later a recyclable plastic sorter, and Holappa, a sandblaster, an alcoholic, later an ex-alcoholic, whose paths have accidentally crossed and who, despite adversity and misunderstandings, try to build some kind of relationship on the harsher side of the welfare state.

Summer vacation has just begun. In honor of Peace Rapper and Lennart Lindberg decide to go on holiday. The duration of Ricky Rapper and Nelli Nuudelipäätä will handle the harsh Elvi - aunt. Luckily, Ricky gets a great comfort to the new bike, but as soon as mysteriously disappears. Risto and Nelli leave together in search of the wheel, and it begins with the thrilling adventure.
