In Roman Polanski's first English-language film, beautiful young manicurist Carole suffers from androphobia (the pathological fear of interaction with men). When Frankensteins patients attack and kill him Dr Kleve performs the same operation transferring Frankensteins brain into a new body. As Dr. Frank, the scientist can continue his career.

The sinister Dr Watt has an evil scheme going. He's kidnapping beautiful young women and turning them into mannequins to sell to local stores. Fortunately for Dr Watt, Detective-Sergeant Bung is on the case, and he doesn't have a clue!
