Irvine continued to work steadily in reality television throughout the early 2000s and the 2010s, appearing on Melissa & Joey (2010-15), Worst Cooks in America (Food Network, 2010-17) and Body of Proof (ABC, 2011-13). He also appeared in the TV special Restaurant Impossible: Wedding Impossible (Food Network, 2011-12). In the 2010s, Irvine lent his talents to projects like Restaurant: Impossible (Food Network, 2011-16), All-Star Family Cook-off (Food Network, 2012-13) and Restaurant Express (Food Network, 2013).
